Steve Inge-Owner/Lead Inspector
Steve was drawn to the home inspection industry through hands-on experiences with property management and his years as an industrial arts and technology education teacher. He’s enjoyed poking around houses that interest him, his friends, and family for as long as he can remember. He jokes around about how people told him for years before starting the business that he should be a Home Inspector. After college and graduate school, Steve’s early career in teaching allowed him to help students learn the trades of carpentry, home construction and mechanics, and drafting and design. He has also owned, managed, renovated, and repaired his own rental properties, as well as worked for other contractors in home renovation. Moving into the world of home inspections was a natural fit for Steve with his past experience and knowledge of home mechanics and now is a Certified InterNACHI Home Inspector. When Steve’s not inspecting properties for people, he can be found renovating his own home, in his carpentry shop, or with his wife and two kids at the park.
Carrie Inge-Owner
Carrie already spent too much time on social media posting pictures of her kids. So now she is using that time being productive, by connecting with clients and meeting new people to grow the business. She hates wasting time and likes to do things as efficiently as possible, so she is always looking for ways to make the business run more smoothly. Prior to being the social media guru for 360° Inspections, Carrie retired from the Air Force as a flight medic. Now, in addition to working with 360° Inspections, she works nights and weekends as an ER nurse and as a Licensed Real Estate Agent. She loves to multi-task and try new things, so handling the scheduling and marketing was a natural fit. When Carrie isn’t working she is juggling her kids, expanding her vegetable garden or experimenting with new recipes in the kitchen.
Tom Hartman-Inspector
Tom has lived in Delaware county his whole life. Before becoming a Certified InterNACHI Home Inspector, Tom has over 15+ years of Residential Construction & Home Renovation experience. With a comprehensive background in various related fields in graphic design, sales & customer service, Tom has devoted himself to offering the best value and protection you will find in the home inspection industry today.
When not inspecting or recommending the latest and greatest local restaurants to new home buyers, he has a wife and two wonderful energetic daughters at home to keep him busy. In his spare time he enjoys refinishing & refurbishing vintage furniture, music, going to the beach, and attending the local car shows.
