Steve and Carrie started 360° Inspections after spending most of their marriage buying, selling, renting and renovating properties. What to expect with 360° Inspections
Our home inspectors are certified and trained for many additional services. We receive extensive yearly continued education and in-field training. You can expect your detailed, photographic report in 24 hours or less for most sized homes. We include estimates in all our reports to help you eliminate the guesswork with your clients.
At 360° Inspections, you can be sure to reflect confidence on your client when using us to inspect their property. We look forward to building relationships with you and are eager to answer any of your client’s questions—even months after the inspection is over. That’s the quality service you can expect with 360° Inspections. Our inspectors are available 7 days a week to answer any concerns or questions you may have about a potential property.
COvid-19 Customer Update:
Proper precautions including masks, gloves, booties, hand sanitizer when appropriate and can requested by client at any time. All of our inspectors have completed and passed the InterNACHI COVID-19 Course and adhere to InterNACHI’s guidelines.
We encourage our clients to come to the inspection, but if you are not comfortable with that we are still offering to do a video chat or phone call after the inspection to discuss highlights of the inspection. We also welcome phone calls after you receive the report with any questions you may have.
